Please join us on the second Sunday of each month from 10am-noon as we go to LiftUp's warehouse and assemble bags of food that will be distributed to families in the community. This activity is suitable for anyone 8 years and older. The only requirement is that you are able to stand/walk for 2 hours and that you feel comfortable lifting/carrying the equivalent of a full bag of groceries intermittently during that 2 hour window.
